My Samsung French Door Refrigerator Is Not Cooling

I have a samsung rs2545sh side by side fridge.

My samsung french door refrigerator is not cooling.

If the refrigerator still does not cool service is required. If the plug is properly inserted remove the plug and try plugging another item into the same socket. Initial problem related with defrost cycle. Or if your fridge or freezer is not cooling enough you may need more clearance space and to leave the doors shut.
